Choose Joy Daily!

Dear Friends,
I have a little news to share with you!
When I first decided to share The Joy Movement 365, my hope was simple: to share the devotionals that I have written and continue to write, to share the lessons God continues to teach me, and to remind others that joy is something we can choose, even when life doesn’t go according to plan.
As I have continued writing and sharing my heart, I have felt drawn to a name that better reflects what this space means to me.
The Joy Movement 365 is becoming Choose Joy Daily!
A shorter name and a reminder that it is your choice to choose God Daily! But both web addresses point to each other, so have no fear; you can get to the devotions by either site! Unfortunately, Choose Joy Daily is taken on Instagram - so TheJoyMovement365 will remain the Instagram Handle.
I have always believed that joy is not the absence of hardship, sadness, or disappointment. Joy is knowing that Jesus is with us through all of it. Some days, choosing joy comes easily. Other days, it takes faith, surrender, and a whole lot of prayer. And that is exactly why I love the reminder to Choose Joy Daily!
Choose Joy Daily is a reminder to myself, and hopefully to you, that we have an opportunity each day to turn our hearts toward Jesus. Not because life is perfect, but because He is faithful.
You will notice the same logo with a new name, featuring a tiny mustard seed beginning to grow. I chose to keep this symbol because it reminds me that even the smallest seed of faith can grow into something beautiful.
And here’s the wonderful thing: nothing is changing about how you find me!
Both www.thejoymovement365.com and www.choosejoydaily.com will lead you to the same website. Whether you use the original address or the new one, you’ll find the same devotionals, reflections, and encouragement. There is no need to update your bookmarks or subscribe again.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Whether you’ve been reading since the beginning or have just recently joined, I am grateful you’re here.
My prayer is that we will continue growing in faith, encouraging one another, and remembering that joy isn’t always found in our circumstances. It is found in Him. This week, meditate on this verse from 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (NIV): “Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”
With love and joy,
Wendy
